1 Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 15 days of seed delivery
To be eligible for a refund, all the following criteria must be satisfied
Seeds remain unopened, unused, and in original condition
Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
Items must not be custom orders or labeled as final sale
Seeds must not show damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery
Full refunds will be issued if the problem is our responsibility, such as incorrect seeds shipped, seeds damaged during shipping, or errors in delivery
2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our customer support within 15 days of delivery

Your order number
A brief description of the reason for refund
Clear photos if seeds are damaged or incorrect
Our team will review and respond within 1 business day to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions along with the return address if a return is necessary
3 Return Shipment Requirements
If a return is approved, please ship seeds back within 3 days of approval
Returns must be sent via a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery confirmation
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned seeds, refunds will be processed
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2 business days of inspection completion
4 Shipping Costs and Responsibilities
For returns due to personal reasons like change of mind, original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping costs in these cases are the customer’s responsibility
For returns due to product defects or shipping mistakes, Emilias Furniture will cover all shipping expenses
Customers should retain their return shipment tracking number until the refund process is complete
5 Additional Conditions
Refund requests made after 15 days from delivery may be declined
Requests that do not follow this refund process may not be accepted
Items returned with damage caused by insufficient packaging may not qualify for a refund
