Exchange Policy

At Emilias Furniture, we are committed to the quality and condition of every seed we deliver. Should you encounter any issues with your order upon receipt, our exchange policy is designed to provide a fair, efficient, and hassle-free solution.

1 Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges can be made if one or more of the following conditions apply:
1 Seeds arrived damaged during shipping
2 You received an incorrect seed variety or wrong quantity
3 Seeds are clearly defective or unusable when delivered
Please note that problems resulting from improper storage, handling, or usage after delivery are not eligible for exchange.


2 Exchange Restrictions
We cannot accept exchanges in the following cases:
1 Change of mind or personal preferences, such as differences in color, size, flavor, or growth expectations
2 Germination issues caused by planting techniques, soil quality, watering habits, or environmental conditions
3 Exchange requests made more than 15 days after delivery
4 Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable


3 How to Request an ExchangeStep 1 Contact Customer Support
Email us at info@emiliasfurniture.shop within 48 hours of receiving your order
Include the following information:
1 Your order number
2 A detailed description of the issue
3 Photos of the seeds and original packaging

Step 2 Review and Approval
Our support team will review your request and respond within 1 business day to confirm approval and inform you if a return is necessary.

Step 3 Return the Item (If Required)
If a return is needed:
1 We will provide a return shipping address
2 Return the seeds using a trackable shipping method

Step 4 Replacement Shipment
After receiving and inspecting the returned seeds, we will send a replacement within 2 business days. Tracking details will be provided once shipped.


4 Shipping Cost Responsibility
1 If the exchange is due to an error on our part, including damaged or incorrect seeds, Emilias Furniture will cover all shipping fees.
2 For other approved exchanges, customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs.


5 Packaging Guidelines
1 Retain the original packaging to protect seeds during return shipping.
2 Exchanges may be denied if returned seeds arrive damaged due to insufficient or improper packaging.
